ZhiQi ships with FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS for our deliveries.

Please allow 3-6 business days for USA shipping. International shipping may take 7-14 business days.
Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized you to purchase.
Handling time: 1-2 days processing/handling (excluding weekend and holidays)
Shipping Costs
The type, quantity, and weight of your package may vary, and as such, cost may vary. Shipping costs also vary depending on your location and desired shipping speed. To get a shipping quotation, please add your selected items to your shopping cart, and enter your shipping address in the checkout page.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
VAT & Duties
Some countries apply duties or VAT on shipments received. You are responsible for any such extra taxes or fees your government applies to get the package delivered. ZhiQi will do the best we can to provide the best international shipping experience possible, but much of the process is out of our control, and is in the control of your countries' officials and mail systems.

- Timely delivery is subject to the Terms of Service published by the carrier. Note that circumstances out of our control (natural disasters, holiday delays, etc.) may produce shipping postponements.
- The recipient of the order will be responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by the recipient's country and any carrier-related fees. These fees can vary widely from country to country.
- USPS First Class International Mail does not offer tracking information.
